Описание

This is how you make juicy chicken breast at home in 4 easy steps. 

1. Use your knife to cut through the thickest part of the breast, and transfer your butterflied chicken into a ziplock bag. If you don't have a mallet, use a heavy frying pan to pound it flat. Season well with whatever you desire. 

2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of your favorite cooking oil. Add your chicken and let it cook for around 4 minutes before flipping. 

3. Reduce your heat to low, add a couple of pads of butter to your pan, and baste thoroughly for a minute or two. 

4. Remove your chicken from the pan at around 155º, and let it continue cooking while it rests for a few minutes. Then you're ready to serve and enjoy. 

This will give you flavorful, juicy pieces of chicken every single time.  Definitely give it a try.
