Avocado Peach Summer Salad #shorts

Summertime means that you have to use the best flavors of the season. And for me, one of the best ways is to make a salad. This avocado peach salad is my favorite!

- peach
- grilled chicken
- goat cheese
- blueberry basil vinaigrette (1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp shallot, roughly chopped, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 6 large basil leaves, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup olive oil)
