Ayam Bakar Yogurt #shorts

Resepi Ayam :

- 4 - 5 ketul ayam
- 200g yogurt asli/natural/tanpa perisa
- 1 sudu teh garam
- 1 sudu teh lada hitam
- 1 sudu teh serbuk cili/paprika
- 1 sudu teh chilli flakes
- 1 sudu teh mixed herb
- 3 ulas bawang putih ditumbuk lumat

Resepi Sos :

- 5 ulas bawang putih
- 4 biji cili api
- 1 sudu makan sos tiram
- 2 sudu makan kiicap cair
- 2 sudu makan jus limau nipis/lemon
- 2 sudu makan gula
- hirisan daun ketumbar

Chicken Recipe:

- 4 - 5 pieces of chicken
- 200g of natural/plain/unflavored yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili/pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon of mixed herbs
- 3 cloves crushed garlic

Sauce Recipe:

- 5 cloves of garlic
- 4 thai bird eye chillies
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime/lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Slices of coriander leaves
