Hello everyone,

This is a Eastern Europe dish. Simple, tasty and healthy (especially for high blood pressure or diabetes).

Ingredients:
-1 large Cucumber
-3-4 cups of Yogurt ( I used homemade one)
-Thyme (for decoration but also for taste, however is not necessary)
-2-3 gloves of Garlic
-Salt ( who likes with it) I personally don’t use it.


Cut the cucumber in small portions, like i did, and mix with yogurt and the garlic . Decorate with thyme or mix it on it.

You can use a mixer too by adding everything there but personally I don’t because it destroys the cucumber and change the taste. Is good too though for busy days.
