Welcome to my channel, this is Olechka's Home Cook!
I'm from Russia, but I live in Korea and I really like to cook!

Tofu stew
Ingredients:
Water (500-600ml)
Clams (handful)
Ground beef (200g)
Regular tofu (100-150g)
Onion ( ¼ )
Leek (half)
Egg (1 )
Hot pepper (2)
Garlic (2-3)
Sesame oil (2 tablespoons)
Soy sauce for soup (2 tablespoons)
Ground red pepper (3 tablespoons)
Oyster sauce (1 tablespoon)


1. 1. Add sesame oil to the pot and heat it up.
2. Add finely ground beef, chopped leeks, onions. Fry a little.
3. Add hot ground pepper and mix.
4. The next step is to add the clams and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
5. Add water and cover with a lid.
6. After 7 minutes, add the soy sauce and mix everything well. Cover with a lid and wait for 5 minutes.
7. Add chopped garlic and diced tofu. Mix and cover with a lid.
8. If it seems to you that there is not enough water or you do not like thick soup, then you can add more water.
9. Add hot fresh pepper and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
10. Add the oyster sauce and mix everything well. Turn off the stove.
11. Do not forget to add the egg at the very end and let the soup stand for 5 minutes so that it has time to cook, but the yolk remains liquid.
