INGREDIENTS for tart 24 cm:
Dough
▪️ 200g all-purpose flour
▪️ 100g cold butter
▪️ 40g sugar
▪️ 1 g salt
▪️ 2 tsp vanilla extract
▪️ 45ml cold water
Sour cream filling
▪️ 300g sour cream
▪️ 2 eggs (if small - take 3 pcs)
▪️ 75g sugar
▪️ 25g corn starch
▪️ 2 tsp vanilla extract
+
▪️ 7-8 psc sweet ripe peaches
