Any sunny day is a chance to spend it in the fresh air and catch the last rays of the sun.
In cold and damp weather, you always want a hot soup, so today we will cook a simple and very tasty mushroom soup.
Ingredients:
6 large champignons,
1 small carrot,
1 medium onion,
2 medium potatoes,
olive oil for frying,
1 liter of ready-made broth (I had meat broth)
salt, pepper to taste.
