SPICY SQUID STIR FRY⤵️
Ojingeo-bokkeum

VEGGIES
12 scallions, cut 2 inch wide
1 small carrot, sliced into thin strips
2 jalapeños, sliced into coins
12 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, sliced
SAUCE
3 TBSP gochugaru - Korean pepper flakes
1 tsp minced ginger
3 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP sugar
Minced garlic
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
1 lb squid, I got mine frozen & prepared
Scallion, garnish
Sesame seeds, garnish
Slurry (1/4 cup water + 1 TBSP cornstarch) - mix this together
1. Prep your veggies ahead of time because cooking process goes by really fast
2. Combine all of your ingredients listed under SAUCE and set aside
3. Heat up some oil and sauté your veggies for ~5 mins or until onions are translucent
4. Then add your squid and PASTE and mix to combine well
5. Then add your slurry and cook for another ~3 minutes. Turn off heat and garnish with scallion & sesame seeds. Enjoy with rice
