HAWAIIAN GARLIC SHRIMP

I’ve never been to Hawaii nor have I tried Giovanni’s shrimp but this is my take on it and how I think it would taste

1 lb shrimp— I used super colossal, shell on
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 TBSP paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1 stick butter
1.5 bulb of garlic, minced

1. Make our dry batter by mixing together flour, paprika & cayenne pepper.

2. The coat shrimp in the batter, set aside. — (make sure shrimp is pat dry)

3. In a skillet, melt 1 stick of butter.

4. Then add garlic and cook for ~5 mins.

5. After 5 mins, add shrimp cook in a single layer for ~4 mins each side. Season with 1 tsp salt. Note: Add oil as needed and cook time will vary on the size of your shrimp

6. Once your shrimp is done cooking, plate up and enjoy. I served mine with Mac salad and rice
