BBQ SPICE:
4tbs brown sugar (dehydrated/ground up)
2tbs smoked paprika
2tsp salt
2tsp onion powder
2tsp garlic powder
1tsp black pepper


BACON ONION JALAPENO JAM:
1/4c bacon (chopped)
1c onions
1/4c jalapenos
2tbs garlic
1/2c sugar
1/2c water
2tbs vinegar

- you can add everything to the pot at once and cook over medium heat
- cook until almost all the water has evaporated (25-30 minutes)
