Ingredients:
* 1 pack king Hawaiin rolls
* 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
* 1 tbsp garlic powder
* 1 tbsp chili powder
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
* 1 tablespoon adobo sauce (from the can of chipotle peppers)
* 1 Roma tomato diced
* 1 can diced hatch chilies
* Salt and pepper to tast
* Diced red onion
* Jalapeño
* Pepper jack and cheddar
* Cilantro garlic butter for brushing
