Samurai Butter Recipe

Samurai Butter:
1c unsalted butter
1tbs cajun spice (low salt version)
1 lemon (zest and juice)
Small sprig of thyme (or any herb you like!)

- melt butter and combine everything else
- Bring back up to a simmer, take off the heat and allow it to cool down naturally.
- Transfer to a container and mix it up before using
