INGREDIENTS
300 g of cleaned artichokes
1 leek
Salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
1 cloves of garlic
120 g of gorgonzola
1 round pastry sheet
Fresh thyme to taste

METHOD
Clean the vegetables, cut the artichokes into wedges and put them in the pan together with the garlic clove and the oil. Season with salt, pepper and fresh thyme.

After about 7 minutes of cooking, add the leek cut into thin slices and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Leave the mixture to cool.

Unroll the pastry on a baking tray, season it with the mixture and a few pieces of zola using two spoons. Bake at 430°F (220°C) 20 minutes in a conventional oven. Once out of the oven, add more fresh thyme and enjoy!
