This ultimate Georgian food tour takes us on a journey to try borano, a delicious traditional staple of the Adjarian region. There’re many different versions of this dish as people have tried to modernize it throughout the years. The traditional version is referred to as a Georgian cheese fondue, and is cheese smothered in melted butter, rich enough for you yet? The more modern versions have added ingredients to make it a little lighter, creating some that are like an egg pie.
