I went to the Holiday Brunch held on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays at Hanagoyomi in Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo.
It is an all-you-can-eat brunch where you can enjoy Japanese and Western dishes only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
The authentic Japanese dishes prepared by the chefs are exquisite.
I especially recommend the freshly fried tempura, sashimi, and 3 kinds of ice cream.
In addition, there are also vegetable shabu-shabu in a paper hot pot, steamed vegetables in a steamer basket, etc. All-you-can-eat is available.
The dengaku miso, which the chef spent a lot of time and effort to make, was sweet, rich, and truly delicious.
Hanagoyomi also offers a breakfast buffet and weekday lunch. There is no tempura or sashimi, but the menu is almost the same with alternatives.
The menu changes daily and can be enjoyed any time of the day.
One person is also welcome.
Advance reservations are required.
