Ingredients
1 dry coconut (also known as copra or kobbari);
3 cups hot water;
Directions
Remove water from the dry coconut and set
aside;
Preheat your oven in medium temperature and
let your coconut bake for 15 minutes;
Wait until the coconut is cold and open its
shell with a hammer and spoon or knife;
Add filtered water to the coconut water until
you get a total of 3 cups of this mixture;
Spoon the coconut flesh and cut to small pieces.
In a blender, blend the pieces with the hot
water little by little, until smooth;
Strain with a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.
